Something unique: Mike is also he ice maker at the Madison Curling Club, and he has assisted USCA Head Ice Maker John Williamson at seven U.S. National Championships and Olympic Trials. He considers himself fortunate to have two careers in which he is able to combine his two passions--ice making and log home building. His winters are spent working (and playing) at the Madison Curling Club. During the summers he relocates to northern Wisconsin to build log homes. Working up north enables Mike to learn the skills needed to someday build his own log home.
