Curling start: "My family moved to Wausau from New Hampshire when I was a freshman in high school. My high school offered curling as a varsity sport and some of my friends told me I should join. I had seen some of the sport on TV during the Olympics and thought it looked fun. I fell in love with the game."

Favorite aspect about curling: "The strategy and team aspects."

Favorite place to travel: "Cape Cod and Boston. I've always wanted to go to Italy."
