Curling start: "There has always been a lot of curling interest in my family. I remember going to watch my parents' curling games when I was little. I started curling when I was 11 years old in Bismarck attending the junior curling program and playing in a league with my parents and sister."

Curling family: "My aunt was a very competitive curler. She competed in the Tournament of Hearts (women's national championship) in Canada and several occasions and was named the All-Star Second twice throughout her curling career. She has always been someone I go to for curling advice and someone I really respect as a curler."

Curling goals: "I would love to win a national championship and represent the United States at the Olympics someday."

Career goals: "I am currently pursuing a degree in nursing and hope to gain acceptance to medical school to become an oncologist."
