About Erik Jensen:

Club: Capital Curling Club, Bismarck, N.D.

Other sports: Erik is a member of Cub Scout Pack 125, participates in Little League baseball, basketball, soccer and swim teams. He also enjoys skiing, snowboarding, skating, mountain bike racing, road bike racing, camping.

Curling start: Erik began curling when the curling stone weighed more than he did.

Erik volunteered many hours as part of the ice crew during the two-week World Curling Championships in 2002. His family hosted the Russian national women's curling team during the event.

In addition to his international friendships, Erik has formed many friendships from across the U.S. through his curling bonspiel, clinic travels and Junior Nationals competition.
