About Ed Lukowich:

Ed started curling at the age of 5 with his father who ran a curling club. He began with both feet in the hack and a two-hand push.

Ed is the author of four curling books including "The Curling Book," "Curling to Win," "The Joy of Curling," and "Power Curling." He also created "Labatt's Fast Eddy Curling Tips," an instructional video. Ed has been a guest speaker at numerous sports banquets.

Curling family: His wife, Judy, curled in the Canadian Juniors in 1973 and the Canadian Scott Tournament of Hearts in 1985.

Curling strengths: "Early on in my career I could throw with great speed and accuracy (earning the nickname Fast Eddy)."
