Curling history: "I started curling five years ago after moving to Wisconsin to attend college. Like most everyone on the east coast I had never heard of curling. Fortunately, my girlfriend, Tanya Jacobsen, had already curled for 10 years and introduced me to this great sport. I was hooked instantly. Now I am working on getting my friends from DC to get out on the ice."
