About Chris Kramer:

Curls out of: Centerville Curling Club, Centerville, Wis.

Education: Chris is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point  majoring in wildlife management & ecology as well as biology. He is working on minors in adventure education and environmental law enforcement.

Curling start: "I got started into curling because I lived in Centerville. In that area pretty much everybody curls at a young age. I tried about every other sport, but always stuck to curling. I think it was because in curling you always had the option of curling competitively or just going out to the competition for the fun. Every other sport there was pressure on you to win every single game and the social aspect simply wasn't there."

Curling family: "Nobody else in my family curls, however, I get a lot of support from all of them."

Other sports/interests: "During the summer months while I am not curling, I enjoy riding/racing four-wheelers. I also enjoy the outdoors: hunting, fishing, canoeing, large fires, hiking and camping."
