New WCF sweeping rule

"Behind the tee line, only one player from each team may sweep at any one
time.  It may be any one player from the playing team, but only the player in
charge of the house from the non-playing team, who shall not start to sweep an
opponent's stone until it reaches the tee line."

Simply stated behind the tee line any one member of the playing team may
sweep their own stone or an opponent's stone that is in motion. For the
non-playing team, only the person in charge of the house can sweep a stone in motion.

The Rules & Officiating Committee has recommended the following penalty:

If more than one player on the same team are simultaneously sweeping the same stone behind the tee line, then the player in charge of the house on the non-offending team shall be allowed to re-position the stone to where he/she considers it would have come to rest had the infraction not occurred. If more than one player on the same team are simultaneously sweeping more than one stone behind the tee line, then the player in charge of the house of the non-offending team shall be allowed to designate which stone was legally swept and that stone and all stones effected by the legally swept stone shall be left where they came to rest. All other stones swept by the offending team and all stones so effected shall be re-positioned to where the player in charge of the house for the non-offending team considers they would have come to rest had the infraction not occurred.
